What do I need to establish a company in Sweden?

You typically need a registered address, incorporation documents filed with Bolagsverket, and a plan for how you will meet Swedish accounting, tax and VAT obligations. We can assist with all of these steps.

What is domiciliation, and do we need it?

Domiciliation means your company uses our registered address as its official Swedish address. It is a practical solution for foreign companies that do not yet have their own office in Sweden, and we also handle mail and authority correspondence on your behalf.

Can you help us set up a branch instead of a new company?
